Merlewood is a Victorian stone-faced villa situated in a quiet residential area of St Annes, only 50 yards from the town centre and seafront amenities. Our spacious apartments are fully modernised whilst retaining much of the original character and charm. Every effort has been made to preserve and enhance the beautiful period features found throughout the building. Merlewood is a no smoking establishment.

All the apartments have a large, comfortable lounge with digital colour TV and DVD player. A library of dvds and games/jigsaws, suitable for children and families are available. The separate fully fitted kitchens contain a full sized cooker, microwave and fridge with freezer facilities. Our modern bathrooms all come complete with a bath and shower. Hairdryers are provided. All our apartments have one or two spacious bedrooms. We do not ask any of our guests to sleep on wall beds in the lounges.

The Merlewood offers a large, attractive lawned garden with garden furniture for our visitors to enjoy.

Ample free parking is available in our own grounds.
